StandbyWorks Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between StandbyWorks (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of e-commerce related services (hereinafter "the Services") provided through the online mall (www.standbyworks.com, hereinafter "the Mall") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• •"Services" refers to the virtual business space established by the Company to provide users with goods or services such as stickers and large-format prints (hereinafter "Goods").
• •"User" refers to both members and non-members who access the Mall and use the Services according to these Terms.
• •"Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and created an account, allowing them to continuously receive the Company's information and use the Services.
• •"Design Elements" refers to photos, images, icons, fonts, illustrations, etc. provided by the Company within the editor.
• •"User Design" refers to the work created by users using the editor provided by the Mall or by directly uploading their own data.

Article 3 (Notification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)

• The Company posts its trade name, representative's name, business address, business registration number, etc. at the bottom of the Mall so that users can easily identify them.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and shall give notice 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for unfavorable changes).

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

The Company provides information about Goods, concludes purchase contracts, and performs production and delivery operations. The Company may change the contents of the Services due to reasons such as sold-out items or changes in technical specifications, and shall notify the reason immediately.

Article 5 (Copyright of Postings)

The copyright of User Designs and review-type postings posted by Members within the Services belongs to the respective authors. However, the copyright of all paid and free 'Design Elements' provided by the Company belongs to the Company or original authors, and Members may only use them as printed materials within the permitted scope.

Article 6 (Scope and Limitations of Design Use)

Members may use printed materials produced through the Services for commercial and non-commercial promotional purposes. However, extracting individual elements (images, fonts, etc.) from a design and reproducing or reprocessing them in other editing tools is strictly prohibited. Use of designs containing portraits for false reviews of specific products or for promoting adult-related services is restricted, and the responsibility for such use lies with the user.

Article 7 (Management and Deletion of Postings)

The Company may delete or refuse to register inappropriate postings such as those violating copyright law, youth protection law, or defaming others, without prior notice.

Article 8 (Attribution of Copyright)

Users may not use information obtained through the Services in which the Company holds intellectual property rights for commercial purposes without prior approval from the Company.

Article 9 (Membership Registration)

Users apply for membership by entering information and agreeing to the Terms according to the registration form prescribed by the Company.

Article 10 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)

• • Members may request withdrawal at any time, and reward points and coupons shall be extinguished immediately upon withdrawal.
• • In cases of identity theft, non-payment, etc., the Company may restrict or suspend membership qualifications.

Article 11 (Notification to Members)

When notifying Members, the Company may use the registered email address or mobile phone (KakaoTalk notifications, etc.).

Article 12 (Purchase Application)

Users apply for purchases through procedures such as selecting Goods, entering delivery information, and choosing payment methods on the Mall.

Article 13 (Formation of Contract)

• • Due to the nature of custom orders, the contract is deemed to be formed when the user finally confirms the design proof and pays the work cost.
• • The Company may refuse acceptance in case of data unsuitable for printing or data with possible copyright infringement.

Article 14 (Payment Methods)

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card payment, virtual account deposit, points payment, and various simple payment methods (Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, etc.).

Article 15 (Receipt Confirmation Notice and Changes)

The Company shall send a receipt confirmation notice upon a user's purchase application, and the user may request changes or cancellation only before production begins.

Article 16 (Supply and Delivery of Goods)

• •The Company shall take necessary measures for production and delivery from the date of payment completion.
• •Custom products may take varying periods depending on the production process, and this is excluded from the calculation of delivery time.

Article 17 (Storage and Management of Digital Files)

Files and thumbnail images used in orders are stored for reorder convenience and deleted after one year from the order date .

Article 18 (Responsibility for Production Errors)

Article 19 (Responsibility for Ordering Third-Party Works)

All legal responsibility arising from infringement of third-party copyrights or portrait rights in content ordered by the Member lies with the user.

Article 20 (Restrictions on Withdrawal of Subscription)

Custom-produced goods cannot be withdrawn (cancelled) after production has started, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Article 21 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns and exchanges are possible only when the delivered goods differ from the order or are damaged due to the Company's negligence.

Article 22 (Refunds)

When the Company cannot provide Goods due to reasons such as being sold out, it shall notify the reason without delay and refund the payment within 3 business days.
