We are updating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to reflect legal requirements and how our service actually operates.

Privacy Policy — key changes
New overseas transfer section — recipients, countries, items, purposes and retention periods are disclosed in a table for overseas payment (PayPal), AI image tools (remove.bg, Replicate, Google), hosting (Vercel) and personalised advertising, together with how to opt out.
New third-party provision section — limited to prior consent, statutory grounds, or non-identifiable behavioural data.
New section on automated decisions — membership tiers and AI image tools do not make evaluations or decisions about data subjects.
Expanded data subject rights — right to data portability, rights of legal guardians for children under 14, and how to exercise rights through an agent.
Cookies and behavioural data — essential and optional cookies are separated, with opt-out steps for each browser and mobile OS.
Legal basis and retention — the basis for each item and the statutory retention periods are stated explicitly.
New remedies section — contact details for the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee and other bodies.
Terms of Service — key changes
Clearer withdrawal rules — the restriction on custom-made goods follows Article 17(2)5 of the E-Commerce Act, and does not apply unless we gave prior notice and obtained your consent.
Defective or incorrect delivery — withdrawal within 3 months of delivery, or 30 days from becoming aware, where goods differ from the advertisement or contract.
Return shipping costs — borne by us for defects or incorrect delivery; by the customer for change of mind.
Point restoration — points used on a cancelled or refunded order are restored.
Advertising consent — marketing messages are sent only with prior consent; order, payment and delivery notices are not subject to opt-out.
Jurisdiction — determined by the customer's address at the time of filing.
Minors — no membership under 14; consent of a legal guardian is required for payments by minors.
The licence to use posted content now lasts until you delete it or withdraw consent, rather than perpetually.
If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may object and terminate your account before the effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date is deemed acceptance.
